Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the case of a return made under the right of withdrawal from the contract, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, regardless of the reason for the return. The customer may choose any carrier, provided that the parcel is properly secured for transport.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without prior notification may significantly delay the identification of the order and the processing of the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include, for example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
